Collection Defense

Collection Defense & IRS Notices (non-audit): $675/hour

Please note: The practice only accepts collection cases involving $75,000 or more. A retainer for 8 hours is required, and clients are consulted before any additional fees are incurred.

Audit Defense & Administrative Appeals

Audit Defense & Administrative Appeals: $700/hour*

*Applies to routine audits (does not apply to BBA partnership tax audits and other more complex matters)

Litigation and Highly Complex Tax Matters

Litigation & Highly Complex Audits: $750/hour and up

Matters involving court filings or high-complexity audits (such as BBA partnership audits) fall under this tier.

Contingency

For complex IRS disputes and appeals, Liz offers contingency fee structures on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the matter and estimated hours involved.
